Add Content

  1. Go to the page where you want to add content.
  2. In the SAM toolbar, select Content > Add a Content Chunk.
  3. In the Chunk Name field, enter a brief description for the content you're adding such as Contact Info, or Map and Address. It won't be visible to the user except in Tabs or Accordion chunks.
  4. The Bucket can often be used to denote where the chunk appears on the page, such as Masthead which is at the top, or perhaps it describes the layout such as Two Column.
  5. If you're adding an entity, you can select it here.
  6. If you need to change the chunk type, you can select the one you need, such as Tabs or Accordions. Most often, you would use Content Chunk.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Most of the page is grayed out, allowing you to enter content to the chunk. You can copy and paste from Word or other formatted sources. There's a setting under Edit > Paste as Text which is checked by default, and it removes formatting when you paste the content.
  9. Apply headlines as needed by highlighting a line of content and selecting a heading. Other formatting tools are similar to what you might see in Word.
  10. Click Save.
