If your page is hidden (i.e. the checkbox for "Visible in Navigation" on the Edit Page Info window is unchecked) then sometimes it can be difficult to find it after you create it.
If you have Administrator permissions, you can select Administration from the SAM toolbar and click XML View.
Search for your page title and you'll see something like the screenshot below. The link id is the SAM page id and you can navigate to it directly by entering that id into the URL in SAM, such as:
