If you'd like to delete a chunk, move your mouse cursor over the content you wish to delete, right-click on it and select Delete.
It will ask "Are you sure you want to remove this chunk from the page?" and click OK.

Lisa Struthers This did work, but I had to highlight not just the text of the chunk, but also the blank space of the chunk.
