Clear the browser cache in IE9 and up

In order to clear your browser's cache, click on Tools (or the gear icon, depending on your settings) and click Internet Options.

In the Browsing history section click Delete. Uncheck all the boxes except Temporary Internet files and click Delete. Then click Ok in the Internet Options window. Go back to your web page and click Refresh. You should now be seeing the most updated files.
